What happens when you go down the rabbit hole instead of rising like a peaceful warrior?
I’ll share this piece from my journey when I went down my rabbit hole, which was excruciating. It brought an old pattern of being attacked. What I forgot to see was that it was time for something new to be burned. I didn’t know what it was in those moments, which was incredibly painful because it was like, Who am I? What is my identity? Why am I here? That’s when I had to take the time to integrate the experience of release.
When we have those enormous quantum releases of configuration of the past, the energy field within us becomes a vacuum for us to fill with our love, gentleness, quiet, space, care and nourishment. That’s how the next layer and level becomes clearer. If we knew everything we were meant to know, we’d never go down and have the contrast of the experience, right?
Luckily, that expands our consciousness and soul into these new levels of realization and understanding, not only about ourselves, our path and purpose in life, and our relation to the universe, but also understanding the full gamut of the human experience. It’s an experience that brings you more compassion for your brother and sister walking this journey.
Once you’ve walked to the next edge of your being, and in coming to the next edge of yourself, you’ve seen that yes, you can soar again.
Have you soared before? Maybe, perhaps, but never in this way. Never with this fullness of Spirit connection. Never with the fullness of this understanding of who you are. Never with the fullness of vibration and frequency you can feel flooding through your being right now.
As the essence within you has been unlocked through the release, fill it with love. I know that despite anything, and beyond everything, that this is the path forward: Holding yourself in this place of love and compassion no matter what. This is the ripple effect that we extend to infinity and beyond.
I read this beautiful quote from Yogananda:
“Change yourself, and you have done your part in changing the world.”
Even though the rabbit hole is hard, we rise from that place with so much more of ourselves. That’s why we’ve come, and that’s why we’re here now — recollecting all of those parts along the way.
